OperaDDS - Add Forms to Your Website

Applies to: OperaDDS

Solution:

To add your forms to your website, please perform the following:

1. Log into OperaDDS website as an Admin User
   
2. Click on Settings | Feature Settings | Forms Settings
   
3. On the desired Form or Form Packet, click Share
   
4. Distribute this code to your website designer
   
   • To have a button on your website redirect you to your OperaDDS Forms, copy the link in the first box
     
   • To have your forms display on your website in an iframe, copy the code in the second box
     

What is the difference between the Form Link for our website and the Form iFrame for our website?

Form Link:

Form may be added as a button or hyperlink

IFrame:

Form embedded on an existing page
