Workstation Requirements for General Use
Tablet Requirements for General use
- Go to www.operadds.com | Click Login
- Use the credentials provided to you by your Patterson Representative
- Go to Settings | Account Settings | Company Users
- Click Add New User
Enter Information
- Username: utilized to login
- Email: password creation link will be sent to this email, so it must be valid.
- Nickname: Not Applicable
Role
- Administrator can make changes to accounts, such as adding other team members or forms
- Users are restricted from making changes.
- Landing Page: the page that opens when they login. Suggested: Forms
- Company Secure Emails: togging on will allow the user to receive and view emails that are sent to the company email on file in OperaDDS
- Click Save Changes
Users with an !
- Indicates the user has not yet created their password login.
Users with a ->]
- This is the password reset icon for future use.
The email entered for a team member receives a link to create a password. This link expires in 14 days. If the email is not received, please check the Junk folder.
- To resend the email, click the Email check icon
- Click OK to the confirmation
Notifications are User Specific.
- Click the Action Center Icon | Settings
- Turn on Forms Pop-up Notifications to receive in app pop-ups | Turn on Forms Email Notifications to receive email alerts.
- Click Save Changes
