  • Close Outlook
  • Click the following file to Download
  • Once downloaded, open the file
  • Add the TO email address and send
  • You can now open Outlook

Who's Who for OperaDDS Contact Requests

Bryan Laskin - Owner/Founder of OperaDDS

If a customer would ever ask to speak with Bryan directly, probe the customer on the reasoning, explain that Patterson now oversees all sales/support of OperaDDS, and ensure they are aware you are there to help them with any questions/concerns they may have.


Martin Helmbrecht - VP of Operations, Jack of All Trades

Prior to the transition to Patterson Support, Martin pretty much was a jack-of-all-trades and touched everything so existing customers know him well.  Emails to care@operadds.com are typically handled by Martin.  He no longer works directly with customers (usually) so those emails are now forwarded to Patterson support, but he is a Tier 2 escalation point for our PSE’s.

Should a customer ask for Martin directly, please ensure the customer is aware that Patterson now oversees all support.


David Pryor - Sales Manager

If the customer is interested in signing up for OperaDDS or wants to sign up for MORE services of Opera’s, send to the appropriate eServices Sales Rep.
If the customer is already enrolled, please handle similar to the above mentioned and handle as a standard support call.
