Who's Who for OperaDDS Contact Requests Bryan Laskin - Owner/Founder of OperaDDS If a customer would ever ask to speak with Bryan directly, probe the customer on the reasoning, explain that Patterson now oversees all sales/support of OperaDDS, and ensure they are aware you are there to help them with any questions/concerns they may have. Martin Helmbrecht - VP of Operations, Jack of All Trades Prior to the transition to Patterson Support, Martin pretty much was a jack-of-all-trades and touched everything so existing customers know him well. Emails to care@operadds.com are typically handled by Martin. He no longer works directly with customers (usually) so those emails are now forwarded to Patterson support, but he is a Tier 2 escalation point for our PSE’s.
