Your OperaDDS Integrator syncs with your Practice Management Software every 30 minutes. From time to time, you may elect to do a manual sync now, versus waiting for your next 30 minute interval. To force a manual sync between your Practice Management Software and OperaDDS, please perform the following steps:

  1. Log into OperaDDS website
  2. Click Settings | Under User Settings, Click PMS Integrations
  3. Click the Sync Now button under the action column

This process should only take a few seconds.

You must wait 2 minutes between syncs. If the Next Sync time is more than 28 minutes, you will need to wait until it is less than 28 minutes to manually sync.
