Mass text/email Questions
Question: 1. Is there a way to send a blast email or text to all our patients to inform them to use there insurance before they lose it?
2. How do I know if my CSV is correct?
2. Upon checking, the CSV only needs to contain the email of a patient or phone number. As long as they are contained on the CSV in different rows the file will upload correctly.
