Can we use our office phone number for messaging patients?

Answer:

OperaDDS does not currently allow offices to use their own number as the texting number. 

Using your office number as a mass texting number creates a real danger of your office being added to a telecommunications carrier spam list. 

Until legislation arrives that gives us a comfortable way to provide that we will continue to use toll free numbers to text your patients.
