Checking if office uses nSite or Dual Database for Eaglesoft Installation

Office must NOT be dual database or on Nsite version of Eaglesoft

  • To check if office is on Nsite, When logged in to Eaglesoft, under File | there will be a “switch site” option.  This tells us they are Nsite.  If seen, discontinue integration and report to sales.

  • To check if office is on Dual Database, When logged in to Eaglesoft, under File | there will be a “switch to Secondary OR switch to Primary” option.  This tells us they are Dual Database.  If seen, discontinue integration and report to sales.
